Smash Shoes has a 14-day return policy.
All shoe returns must be completely unworn and are thoroughly checked upon return. If there are signs of wear and tear, we can not provide a refund. All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. Please return the shoes in the bag or box you received them in or another box of your choice. Returns that are not safely packaged in a shipping bag or shipping box will incur a $5 box replacement charge that will be deducted from your refund.

All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility to pay. Smash Shoes does not cover the costs associated with return shipping. 


Items can only be returned for a refund. We can not process exchanges. If you require an alternate size, color or style, please place a new order. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. Make sure the returns form is filled out with your order number and placed in your returns parcel. Please allow 5 business days to process refunds once we receive the item/s. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for re-shipping fees. Sale/clearance items are final and non-refundable. Our factory sale is comprised of items that are known to have minor factory defects. Please be advised that all items sold under the factory sale are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged. 
International purchases are subject to additional customs duties and fees, for which the customer will be responsible.
All sale items, including items purchased during our Black Friday sale, are final and ineligible for refunds.
International purchases are currently ineligible for returns and exchanges.
