SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use UPS shipping for all orders in the continental US. We use UPS and DHL for international orders. Domestic orders arrive within 3-5 business days unless rush shipping options were chosen at checkout. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska  arrive in 3 - 10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email within minutes once your order is placed. When your order is shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

We automatically apply Route+ package protection to every order. Route+ is a 3rd shipping insurance that shields your order from the risk of damage, loss and theft.  You'll also get access to the Route+ free mobile app where you can visually track all of your online orders in one place in real time. If you decline the Route+ protection, Smash Shoes will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. Smash Shoes will not submit any claims to the shipping provider on any customer's behalf.

Orders that are returned to Smash Shoes as a result of customer mistake (i.e. incorrect address) or customer request (i.e. delivery change request with carrier or customer delivery refusal) will incur a $15 fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee is to cover the return shipping cost billed to Smash Shoes by the carrier.
