We automatically apply Route+ package protection to every order. Route+ is a 3rd shipping insurance that shields your order from the risk of damage, loss and theft. You'll also get access to the Route+ free mobile app where you can visually track all of your online orders in one place in real time. If you decline the Route+ protection, Smash Shoes will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. Smash Shoes will not submit any claims to the shipping provider on any customer's behalf.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to incorrect addresses that are entered by the customer. We are not responsible for re-shipping of orders.
Pre-sale purchases are charged to you at checkout, not shipping date. Please note the expect to ship by date.
All shoe returns must be completely unworn and are thoroughly checked upon return. If there are signs of wear and tear, we can not provide a refund. All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. Please return the shoes in the bag or box you received them in or another box of your choice. Returns that are not safely packaged in a shipping bag or shipping box will incur a $5 box replacement charge that will be deducted from your refund.

Items can only be returned for a refund. We can not process exchanges. If you require an alternative size, color or style, please place a new order. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. Make sure the returns form is filled out with your order number and placed in your returns parcel. Please allow 5 business days to process refunds once we receive the item/s.
