Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We partner with UPS for all orders in the continental US. We partner with UPS and DHL for international orders. Domestic orders arrive within 3-5 business days unless rush shipping options were chosen at checkout. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska  arrive in 3 - 10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email within minutes once your order is placed. When your order is shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

E-mail or login to your account at any time to check the status of your order.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to incorrect addresses that are entered by the customer. We are not responsible for re-shipping of orders. 
We are not responsible for any additional duties and/or taxes required for international shipping. Orders that are returned to Smash Shoes as a result of customer mistake (i.e. incorrect address) or customer request (i.e. delivery change request with carrier or customer delivery refusal) will incur a $15 fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee is to cover the return shipping cost billed to Smash Shoes by the carrier.  


Pre-sale purchases are charged to you at checkout, not shipping date. Please note the expect to ship by date. 


Smash Shoes has a 14-day return policy.
All shoe returns must be completely unworn and are thoroughly checked upon return. If there are signs of wear and tear, we can not provide a refund. All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. Please return the shoes in the bag or box you received them in or another box of your choice. Returns that are not safely packaged in a shipping bag or shipping box will incur a $5 box replacement charge that will be deducted from your refund.

Items can only be returned for a refund. We can not process exchanges. If you require an alternative size, color or style, please place a new order. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. Make sure the returns form is filled out with your order number and placed in your returns parcel. Please allow 5 business days to process refunds once we receive the item/s. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for re-shipping fees. Sale/clearance items are final and non-refundable. Our factory sale is comprised of items that are known to have minor factory defects. Please be advised that all items sold under the factory sale are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged. 
International purchases are subject to additional customs duties and fees, for which the customer will be responsible.
All sale items, including items purchased during our Black Friday sale, are final and ineligible for refunds.
International purchases are currently ineligible for returns and exchanges.
